Executive summary
The company is in a managed wind-down, aiming to realise all portfolio assets, repay borrowings, and return capital to shareholders while maximising value on disposals.
By early August, 17 of the original 27 assets had been sold, generating over €320 million in gross sales proceeds.
Shareholders have received 29p per Ordinary share via B Share distributions, with further returns expected as remaining assets are sold.

IFRS earnings per share for the half year were -2.8 cents, compared to 0.7 cents for the previous year.
Ordinary dividend paid per share during the half year was 2.03 cents.

Logistics yields are expected to compress into 2026, with resilient occupier demand and constrained supply.
The Board remains committed to completing sales and liquidating the company by Q2 2026.
