Revenue from operations for the consolidated group reached ₹641.59 crore for Q3 FY2026, up from ₹534.64 crore in Q3 FY2025, with nine-month revenue at ₹1,864.79 crore, a significant year-over-year increase.
Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹144.23 crore, compared to ₹110.37 crore in the same quarter last year; nine-month profit after tax stood at ₹408.31 crore, up from ₹307.03 crore year-over-year.
The company completed a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), raising ₹1,099.99 crore, increasing paid-up equity share capital and strengthening the balance sheet.
