Executive summary
Q2 FY26/4 revenue reached ¥10,558 million, up 6.6% year-over-year, with operating profit at ¥4,069 million and net profit at ¥2,838 million, both showing slight increases from the previous year.
Net sales for the six months ended October 31, 2025, rose 51.8% year-over-year to ¥26,326 million, with operating profit up 63.8% to ¥11,072 million and net profit up 64.9% to ¥7,722 million.
Growth was driven by strong performance in commerce and events, as well as increased engagement in the VTuber business, with 170 VTubers and 1,852,000 ANYCOLOR IDs, up 28.5% year-over-year.
Livestreaming and promotion segments delivered stable results, while event revenue exceeded expectations due to strong online ticket demand.
Commerce segment was impacted by the timing of merchandise releases, resulting in results near the lower end of forecasts.

Q2 operating profit margin was 38.5%, and net profit margin was 26.9%.
H1 FY26/4 revenue totaled ¥26,327 million, with operating profit of ¥11,073 million, up 63.8% year-over-year.
Gross profit increased to ¥13,042 million from ¥8,374 million year-over-year, with a gross margin of approximately 49.6%.
Basic earnings per share rose to ¥126.41 from ¥75.51 year-over-year.
Direct variable costs as a percentage of revenue improved, reflecting cost discipline in event organization.
Outlook and guidance
Q3 FY26/4 revenue is forecast at ¥13,500–14,850 million, up 16.7–28.4% year-over-year, with operating profit expected at ¥5,480–6,250 million.
Full-year FY26/4 revenue guidance was revised upward to ¥52,000–54,000 million, with operating profit of ¥21,000–22,000 million and net profit of ¥14,570–15,260 million.
Dividend forecast raised to ¥75.0 per share (¥35.0 interim, ¥40.0 year-end), reflecting a payout ratio of 30% or higher.
Mid-term plan targets 88% revenue growth and 94% operating profit growth by FY27/4 compared to FY24/4.
