Strategic focus and project portfolio

• Active in two key districts: Patagonia, Arizona (Sunnyside, Goat Canyon, Canelo, San Antonio, Four Metals, Guajalote) and San Javier, Mexico, targeting copper and critical metals.

• Sunnyside project is a joint venture with plans to increase ownership to 67.5% through a Phase II drill program.

Exploration highlights and resource estimates

• Sunnyside historical and recent drilling shows significant intercepts of copper, zinc, lead, silver, and antimony, with multiple mineralization styles (CRD, porphyry, chalcocite).

• San Javier hosts a measured and indicated resource of 70.1 Mt containing 419 million lbs copper, with a pre-tax NPV of $111.9M and IRR of 26.3%.

• Gold resource at San Javier is not included in the current PEA but drilling indicates notable gold intercepts.

Phase II exploration and development plans

• 2026 Phase II at Sunnyside targets 25,000 feet of RC drilling to secure 67% ownership, focusing on chalcocite, porphyry, fracture study, and geophysical targets.

• Planned diamond drilling aims to define extensions of South32’s Peake deposit onto Sunnyside.

• Targeting near-surface copper, gold, silver, lead, and zinc anomalies, with infill and extension drilling based on historical recommendations.
