Opening remarks and agenda
The AGM was the first for the current board and CEO, held in-person and online, with facility tours for shareholders.

Financial performance review
Revenue increased to NZD 88.4 million in FY25, up from NZD 80.3 million in FY24, driven by reinstated production and improved customer relationships.
Normalised EBITDA loss was NZD 13.5 million, higher than the previous year's NZD 4.7 million loss.
Net profit after tax was NZD 19.1 million, up from NZD 4.6 million, due to insurance proceeds and restructuring.
Cash at year-end stood at NZD 42.2 million.
Second half of FY25 showed improved cost control, manufacturing stability, and working capital.
Board and executive committee updates
The board was refreshed in March, bringing diverse experience in agribusiness, manufacturing, and governance.
Board comprises Rob Hewett (Chair), Julie Bohnenn, Trevor Burt, Murray Dyer, and Grant Biel.
Directors and executive team members were introduced, highlighting their roles in the turnaround.
Leadership team rebuilt with new CFO, sales, operations, and IT heads, fostering renewed accountability and customer focus.
Board members up for election included Julie Bohnenn, Trevor Burt, Murray Dyer, and Rob Hewett, all unanimously supported for re-election.
