Opening remarks and agenda

Board and executive committee updates

• Eight director nominees were presented for election, with information available in the management circular.

• All nominees were elected as directors, with proxies representing a majority of Class A and 100% of Class B shares in favor.

Financial performance review

• 2025 marked a record year with $2.01 FFO per unit, 8 GW new capacity commissioned, and $4.5 billion in asset recycling proceeds.

• $8.8 billion was committed or deployed into new investments, maintaining a BBB+ credit rating and strong balance sheet.

• Achieved 13% total FFO growth and 12% FFO-per-unit growth, with a 5% increase in distributions over the last 12 months.

• Since 2012, delivered 11% annual FFO growth and 8% annual FFO-per-unit growth, with 5% annual distribution increases.
