AUM reached ₹2,14,906 Cr, up 21% YoY as of Q2 FY26, with disbursements at ₹24,442 Cr and PAT at ₹1,155 Cr (up 20% YoY).
Net income for Q2 FY26 was ₹4,075 Cr (up 26% YoY); PBT for Q2 FY26 was ₹1,561–1,565 Cr, up 20% YoY; ROE for Q2 at 18.11%.
Vehicle finance AUM grew 17%, LAP AUM by 33%, SME AUM by 28%; home loan AUM up 28% but disbursements impacted by procedural delays.
Board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
