Executive summary
FY 2025 revenues reached €500.1M, up 1.3% at current FX and 3.4% at net FX, with Q4 revenues rising 10.4% year-over-year.
Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 10.6% for FY 2025, with adjusted EBITDA at €53.1M, up from €44.5M in 2024.
Net profit for FY 2025 was €7.7M, reversing a prior-year loss (excluding Informatics sale gain); 2024 net profit was €13.7M including a one-off gain.
The Board proposes a dividend of €0.12 per share, to be paid in July 2026.
Financial highlights
FY gross margin increased to 42.8%, up from 42.1% in 2024; Q4 gross margin was 42.9%.
Adjusted EBIT rose to €20.9M (4.2% of sales), nearly double the prior year.
Net financial debt at year-end was €14.9M, up from €9.5M in 2024.
Operating expenses and other costs declined, mainly due to exchange rate effects and cost controls.
Cash flow from operations for FY 2025 was €4.3M.
