Financial highlights
Q2 FY26 consolidated total income rose 22.6% year-on-year to ₹3,604 crore; H1 FY26 up 20.0% to ₹6,958 crore; standalone Q2 FY26 income at ₹2,692.2 crore.
Q2 FY26 consolidated EBITDA grew 21.9% to ₹498 crore (13.8% margin); PAT up 12% to ₹227.3 crore (6.3% margin); H1 FY26 PAT at ₹454 crore.
European operations Q2 turnover up 32.7% year-on-year to EUR 88.7 million; EBITDA margin at 17.8%.
Maxwell subsidiary turned EBITDA and PAT positive in Q2 and H1 FY26.
Rs 37 crore incentive booked in Q2 FY26 and Rs 70 crore in H1 FY26.
Outlook and guidance
Order book expected to be boosted by Rs 4,209 crore of RFQs under discussion.
