• Platform enabled $2.03 billion in GMV from 564 million projects between January 2019 and June 2025; 2024 GMV was $350 million across 994,100 projects.

• Corporate structure uses a Cayman Islands holding company, with operations in China conducted through a VIE structure due to PRC restrictions on foreign ownership in value-added telecom and media sectors.

• The VIE structure is maintained through contractual agreements, not equity ownership, and has not been tested in PRC courts.
