Q4 adjusted diluted EPS was CAD 1.53, down 39% year-over-year; adjusted net income was CAD 63.5 million, down 37%.
Adjusted revenue for FY25 was CAD 1.26 billion, down 1% year-over-year; adjusted efficiency ratio was 50.9%, up 570 bps.
Dividend increased to CAD 0.57 per share (+16% year-over-year); record share repurchases in Q4.
Outlook and guidance
Medium-term objectives reaffirmed: ROE of 15–17%, diluted EPS growth of 12–15%, and CET1 ratio of ~15%.
Expect ROE to approach 12% in 2026, with further improvement possible later in the year.
Anticipate high single-digit to low double-digit growth in loans under management for 2026.
Margins expected to remain around 2%+; low single-digit expense growth and efficiency ratio in the low 50s targeted for 2026.
FY26 priorities include reigniting core business growth, expanding product offerings, and leveraging digital capabilities.
