Project growth and resource expansion

• Resource has grown to 80 million tonnes at 2.2% copper equivalent, with a high-grade core of nearly 20 million tonnes at close to 4% copper equivalent, and ongoing drilling is expected to further increase the resource size.

• Focus on converting Inferred resources to Measured & Indicated, with almost 50 million tonnes now in the M&I category, supporting upcoming study work.

• Recent drilling produced the best intersection to date: nearly 50 meters at 6% copper, including a core of almost 14% copper and gold, indicating strong potential for further growth.

• Study work to demonstrate potential for a larger, longer-life mine is scheduled for mid-year, with further updates expected by year-end as the project moves toward FID.

• Institutional ownership is high, with strong daily trading volumes and recent inclusion in the ASX 300.

• The project benefits from a supportive mining jurisdiction, with rapid permitting and government backing.

Strategic transactions and shareholder value

• Recently sold the Pickle Crow gold project, retaining a 10% stake and distributing Bellavista shares to existing shareholders, offering additional upside.
