Project overview and strategy

• After-tax NPV8% ranges from $551M at $60/lb to $1,621M at $105/lb uranium price; after-tax IRR from 38.2% to 92.9%.

• Mineral reserves total 73.0 Mlb U3O8, with a mine plan based on a 23-year life.

Development and operational progress

• Infill drilling targets 51.4 Mlbs at 5,349 ppm to convert inferred resources to reserves, aiming for ~4 Mlbs/year U3O8.

• Prefeasibility study underway for doubling mill throughput from 1,000 to 2,000 tpd.

• Construction of the processing plant expected to take ~20 months post-financing, with commissioning and first shipments within 3 months.

• Underground development advancing, with ramp and level access in the Flank Zone for the first 10 years of mining.
