Q3 FY26 delivered strong results with SaaS revenue of $107.9M, up 27% year-over-year, and total revenue of $146M, up 13–15% year-over-year, driven by cloud and AI offerings, notably the Celeste platform, which contributed over 15% of net new bookings.
Cloud ARR reached $459.3M–$485.4M, up 31% year-over-year, now representing 82% of total ARR, which totaled $559.9M–$560M.
Celeste, the AI-native agentic platform, launched in limited availability, drove significant client engagement and early monetization, and rearchitected core applications to run as expert agents.
Expanded client base with over 1,375 clients generating $50K+ ARR and 858 clients at $100K+ ARR, representing 95% of total ARR.
Strategic alliances with Microsoft, Anthropic, and Harvey reinforced leadership in regulated enterprise AI.
Financial highlights
SaaS revenue was $107.9M, up 27% year-over-year, now nearly three-quarters of total revenue; license revenue declined 22% to $24.8M; professional services revenue rose 7% to $13.4M.
Non-GAAP gross margin was 78.8%, up from 77.9% a year ago; GAAP gross margin was 75.7–76%.
Non-GAAP operating income was $25.7M, up from $20.3M last year; non-GAAP diluted EPS was $0.29.
Free cash flow for Q3 FY26 was $22.2M, with $98.8M–$100.6M for the nine months ended March 31, 2026.
Ended Q3 with $146.8M in cash and cash equivalents; net cash provided by operating activities for nine months was $100.6M.
