Q2 FY26 total revenue was $140.2 million, up 16% year-over-year, with SaaS revenue of $102.5 million, up 28% year-over-year, and cloud ARR of $433.6 million, up 31% year-over-year, representing 81% of total ARR.
Over 2,750 clients served globally, with 834 clients generating at least $100,000 in ARR, up 15% year-over-year.
Growth driven by enterprise client focus, expanding partner ecosystem (notably Microsoft), and increasing demand for AI capabilities in regulated industries.
Net loss for the quarter was $5.9 million, an improvement from $10.2 million loss a year ago; non-GAAP operating income was $27.7 million, up from $18.9 million.
Cloud net revenue retention rate was 124% for the quarter.
Financial highlights
Total ARR reached $535 million, up 22% year-over-year; cloud ARR grew 31% to $433.6 million.
Non-GAAP gross margin improved to 78.1% from 76.7% a year ago; GAAP gross margin was 75%.
Non-GAAP operating income was $27.7 million, with a non-GAAP operating margin of 20%.
Free cash flow for Q2 FY26 was $22.2 million, with $35.5 million for the six months ended December 31, 2025.
Cash and cash equivalents were $191.2 million as of December 31, 2025.
Outlook and guidance
FY26 total revenue guidance: $570.3–$574.3 million; SaaS revenue: $415.0–$419.0 million.
FY26 non-GAAP operating income expected at $99.9–$103.9 million; non-GAAP diluted EPS: $1.20–$1.24.
Q3 FY26 guidance: SaaS revenue $105.0–$106.0 million; total revenue $143.8–$144.8 million; non-GAAP operating income $23.1–$24.1 million; non-GAAP EPS $0.27–$0.29.
Guidance excludes significant stock-based compensation and amortization of intangibles.
