Opening remarks and agenda

Financial performance review

• Statutory net profit after tax reached AUD 79.3 million, with underlying profit after tax (UPAT) up 16.6% to AUD 73.9 million.

• Revenue from continuing business increased 6.5% to AUD 504.3 million; adjusted EBITDA up 14.9% to AUD 132.6 million.

• FY25 headline results exceeded guidance, with Adjusted EBITDA at AUD 136.2 million.

• Asset sales strengthened the balance sheet, reducing group leverage from 1x to 0.5x.

• FY26 guidance projects revenue of AUD 520–528 million, Cash EBITDA of AUD 116–123 million, and UPAT of AUD 84–90 million.

Board and executive committee updates

• Leadership transition saw Andrew Russell appointed as Group CEO and MD in November 2025.

• Board renewal continued, with eight directors leaving and six new appointments over five years; average tenure now 3.5 years.

• Board comprises a mix of non-executive directors and committee chairs.

• Recruitment underway for an additional director with deep software expertise.
