Opening remarks and agenda
Meeting opened virtually with a quorum, board and key executives introduced, and agenda outlined, including a corporate presentation update and formal business matters.
Shareholders instructed on Q&A and voting procedures via the Zoom platform and Computer Share Online Portal.
Emphasized the mission to help people, private business owners, and communities "Be Better Off" and outlined values of integrity, teamwork, and client focus.
Financial performance review
Revenue grew by 24.5% to $134.6m, with 4.5% organic growth and 20% from acquisitions, and a 30% CAGR over 19 years.
Operating margins at 28.3%, underlying NPATA up 13% to $9.1m, and cash conversion at 99.8%.
Operating cash flow rose 23.3% to $24.9m, free cash flow up 7.2%.
Net debt increased to $58.5m, with net debt to underlying EBITDA at 1.42x and significant headroom in debt facilities.
Group ROE was 38.8%, and ROIC was 23.0% for FY25.
