Executive summary
Consolidated PAT for Q2FY26 was ₹4,468 crore, down 11% year-over-year, with standalone PAT at ₹3,253 crore and customer assets up 13% to ₹576,339 crore.
Total assets under management rose 12% year-over-year to ₹760,598 crore, with consolidated AUM and customer assets both showing double-digit growth.
Return on Assets (ROA) declined to 1.97% from 2.53% year-over-year; Return on Equity (ROE) dropped to 10.65% from 13.88%.
Net advances grew 16% year-over-year to ₹462,688 crore, and deposits increased 15% to ₹528,776 crore.
Operating expenses remained flat year-over-year, aided by efficiency gains and automation, with cost-to-income ratio improving to 46.8%.
Financial highlights
Net Interest Income for Q2FY26 increased 4% year-over-year to ₹7,311 crore, with NIM at 4.54%.
Operating profit for Q2FY26 was ₹5,268 crore, up 3% year-over-year.
CASA ratio as of September 30, 2025 was 42.3%, with average current account balances up 14% and savings up 8% year-over-year.
Gross NPA ratio was 1.39% and net NPA was 0.32% as of September 30, 2025, with provision coverage at 77%.
Book value per share increased 14% year-over-year to ₹844.
Outlook and guidance
NIM expected to improve gradually over the next two quarters, assuming no further repo rate cuts.
Focus remains on digital transformation, customer-centric propositions, and scaling diversified financial services.
Credit costs projected to continue moderating, especially in MFI and credit cards, while retail CV stress is being closely monitored.
