Investment highlights and strategic positioning

• Holds advanced gold and copper projects in two of Australia’s premier mining regions, offering significant discovery potential.

Project portfolio and exploration progress

• Weebo Gold Project in WA Goldfields covers 136km² (granted) plus 114km² (pending), near five major gold mines with 12Moz past and 12Moz current resources.

• Four drill programs completed at Weebo since acquisition, with advanced and early-stage targets such as Ockerburry, Scone Stone, Otto, Scholls Find, and West Gold.

• Ockerburry 5km trend and Scone Stone 800m trend confirmed by AC/RC drilling, with significant shallow gold mineralisation and high-grade intercepts.

• Phase 3 drilling at Weebo planned for May 2026, targeting high-grade extensions and new gold lodes.

East Lachlan copper-gold province and Myall Project

• Myall Project (NSW) is subject to a $14m farm-in by FMG, with an initial inferred resource of 110Mt at 0.33% CuEq (354kt CuEq).

• Corvette and Kingswood deposits at Myall have returned wide intersections, including 241m at 0.55% CuEq.

• FY26 exploration budget increased to $3.9m, with 16 diamond holes (6,240m) completed and further assays pending.

• Myall is considered a Northparkes lookalike, with potential for a cluster of porphyry copper-gold deposits.
