Revenue grew 18.2% year-over-year to $171.5 million in Q1 2026, marking the strongest Q1 growth in four years, driven by broad-based business growth, improved market conditions, and robust recovery in private client and financing segments.
Brokerage commissions rose 11.7% to $138.1 million, with notable gains in Private Client and Larger Transaction Markets, while financing fees surged 48.1% to $26.8 million, reflecting a 60.1% increase in financing volume.
Adjusted EBITDA improved to $2.9 million from a loss of $8.7 million a year ago, with operating leverage from revenue recovery and cost containment.
Net loss narrowed to $3.1 million ($0.08 per share), a 30% improvement year-over-year, with pre-tax loss reduced to $2 million from $14 million.
Closed 2,022 transactions with $12.1 billion in sales volume, up from 1,706 transactions and $9.4 billion last year.

Total Q1 revenue was $171.5 million, up from $145 million in Q1 2025.

Financing revenue reached $26.8 million, a 48.1% increase, with financing volume up 60.1% to $3.1 billion.

Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable debt securities totaled $323.1 million at quarter end.
