Opening remarks and agenda

Contracted utilisation increased 42% to 244.8 MW; billing utilisation up 29% to 110.9 MW.
Record forward order book of 133.9 MW, with 85% expected to convert to billings by FY27.
CapEx reached AUD 1.7 billion, above guidance, driven by record sales and customer orders.
Board and executive committee updates
Board renewal included retirement of two directors and appointment of Deborah Page and Jamaludin Ibrahim as new non-executive directors.
Board composition reviewed for skills and independence; seven of eight directors are independent.
Remuneration structures updated with a one-off growth incentive plan for key executives.
