Group revenue increased by 0.9% year-over-year to EUR 770.7m in Q1 2026, driven by e-commerce growth despite declines in mail and telecom segments and a challenging macroeconomic environment.
EBITDA fell by EUR 7.7m to EUR 93.8m and EBIT dropped by EUR 11.6m to EUR 36.8m, reflecting transformation costs, regulatory impacts, and the end of telecom sales cooperation.
Profit for the period declined 61.3% to EUR 15.3m, mainly due to negative valuation effects from the Aras Kargo stake.
The launch of the YELLLOW mobile brand, integration of euShipments.com, and strong performance from bank99 were notable positive developments.
E-commerce & Logistics division offset declines in Mail, Retail & Services and Bank divisions.

Outlook and guidance
Slight revenue increase expected for 2026, with broadly stable EBIT and earnings targeted, and a weaker first half followed by a stronger second half.
E-commerce & Logistics division expected to grow in the upper single-digit range; Mail, Retail & Services to decline mid-single digits.
Investments (CAPEX) planned at EUR 140–160m, focusing on logistics modernization, parcel machines, and electrification.
