Executive summary
Revenue for the cumulative nine months ended 30 September 2025 was RM4,803.1 million, down 2.4% year-over-year, mainly due to lower Utilities product prices and a downward tariff adjustment in Gas Transportation.
Profit before tax declined 3.8% to RM1,815.3 million, with profit for the period at RM1,439.3 million, down 4.3% year-over-year, impacted by tighter Utilities margins and restoration costs from the Putra Heights fire incident.
A one-off customer settlement related to an electricity supply agreement dispute partially cushioned the profit decline.
The Board approved a third interim dividend of 18 sen per share (RM356.2 million) for FY2025.
