Net profit for the half-year ended 31 December 2025 was $12.80M, up from $7.47M year-over-year.
Fertiliser segment, driven by phosphate mining, saw strong production and sales, with 327,000 tonnes sold versus 307,000 last year.
Logistics segment achieved a 75% increase in fertiliser trading revenues, totaling $1,026M for the half-year.
Acquisition of Centrex Ltd and Ardmore Phosphate Mine completed in September 2025, contributing to segment growth.
