Executive summary
Consolidated total income for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, was ₹1,94,978 lakhs, with a net profit of ₹2,511 lakhs, compared to ₹4,195 lakhs in the same quarter last year.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated net profit was ₹15,711 lakhs, up from ₹4,195 lakhs year-over-year.
Standalone results showed a net loss of ₹67 lakhs for the quarter, compared to a profit of ₹32 lakhs in the same quarter last year.
Two senior management appointments were made: Shri Sudhakar Tandon as Business Head and Shri Abhimanyu Das as Regulatory/Legal Head.
Financial highlights
Revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹1,87,284 lakhs, up from ₹1,85,284 lakhs year-over-year.
Total expenses for the quarter were ₹1,84,965 lakhs, resulting in a profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹10,013 lakhs.
Exceptional gain of ₹3,23,042 lakhs from deconsolidation of a subsidiary in the previous year was not repeated this quarter.
Basic EPS for the quarter was ₹0.061, compared to ₹0.104 in the same quarter last year.
Outlook and guidance
The group remains confident in meeting its liabilities through time-bound monetization of assets, despite uncertainties related to certain subsidiaries.
