Financial performance review

• Funds from operations for 2025 were AUD 1.188 billion, up 4.9% year-on-year; distributions rose 3.4% to AUD 0.1772 per security.

• Achieved record $30.3 billion in annual sales by business partners to 31 March 2026, with 5.0% growth over the prior period.

• Customer visits reached 160 million, up 3.1% year-on-year, and Net Promoter Score improved by 10 points.

• Occupancy rate at 99.8%, with 636 new leasing deals and specialty lease spreads up 3.3%.

• Joint venture in Westfield Sydney settled for $864 million, and $750 million in new financing secured.

Board and executive committee updates

• Julie Coates appointed as non-executive director in October and standing for election; Mike Wilkins standing for re-election.

• Mike Ihlein retiring from the board and as chair of the Audit and Finance Committee, succeeded by Craig Mitchell.

• Lillian Fadel appointed COO with expanded responsibilities; Andrew Clarke's CFO role expanded to include strategic land use.
