Opening remarks and agenda

• The meeting's primary purpose was to consider and vote on a Scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of all shares.

Board and executive committee updates

• Board members and executive team were introduced, including the Managing Director, COO, and Non-Executive Directors.

• All Directors confirmed their intention to vote in favor of the Scheme and recommended shareholders do the same.

• Non-Executive Directors received no exertion payments for work on the deal and will resign upon completion of the transaction.
