Opening remarks and agenda
Meeting called to order by the CEO and President, with roles of Secretary and Scrutineer assigned.
Agenda included presentation of financial statements, appointment of auditors, election of directors, continuation of Stock Option and Performance Share Unit Plans, and other business.

Continuation of the Stock Option Plan and approval of all unallocated options until December 16, 2028, was approved.
Continuation of the Performance Share Unit Plan and approval of all unallocated units until December 16, 2028, was approved.
