Major investments and operational improvements
Moorebank investment is the largest single capital project in group history, totaling $1.3 billion including leases.
The NDC is a 40,500 sqm semi-automated site for slower-moving products, while the RDC is a 55,600 sqm fully automated site for fast-moving goods.
Combined, the sites process over 5 million cartons per week and cover ~21,000 SKUs.
Automation partners include Dematic (NDC) and Vanderlande (RDC).
