Revenue for H1 2025 expected at approximately £20.9m, down from £22.5m in H1 2024 due to timing of software licence renewals and extensions.
Adjusted EBITDA anticipated at around £10.0m, compared to £11.0m in H1 2024.
Net cash increased to about £31.0m as of 31 March 2025, up from £26.6m a year earlier.
