Corporate presentation summary
12 Feb, 2026Strategic focus and asset portfolio
Holds 100% ownership of the Viken Deposit, the world's largest undeveloped uranium deposit, also rich in vanadium and other critical raw materials.
Portfolio includes four additional advanced-stage uranium polymetallic properties in Sweden: Sågtjärn, Nianfors, Ardnasvarre, and Alum Shale, all with historic drilling and resource estimates.
Sweden is a top mining jurisdiction with a long mining history, strong government and community support, and a low corporate tax rate.
Sweden recently lifted its moratorium on uranium mining, signaling strong pro-nuclear policy and energy security priorities.
Viken Deposit and exploration potential
Viken Deposit has an inferred mineral resource of 4.33 billion tonnes at 161 ppm U3O8, containing 15 billion pounds U3O8, plus significant vanadium, molybdenum, nickel, copper, zinc, and rare earth elements.
MobileMT geophysical survey identified nine new target areas outside the current Viken resource, with three showing stronger conductive responses than the main deposit.
Adjacent to Aura Energy's Häggån Deposit, further enhancing the regional uranium potential.
Other Swedish uranium properties
Sågtjärn: Historical inferred resource of 756,000 tonnes at 0.068% U3O8 (1.14 million lbs), open in all directions, with no modern systematic exploration.
Nianfors: Majsaberget occurrence hosts at least 13 million lbs U3O8 (0.07–0.14% U3O8), with mineralized boulders averaging 0.16% U3O8 and 0.08% yttrium.
Ardnasvarre: Labbas Zone has a historical resource of 86,478 tonnes at 0.12% U3O8 (228,780 lbs), with high-grade uranium boulders and open mineralization.
Alum Shale: Tåsjö Field estimated to host 75–150 million tonnes at 0.03–0.07% U3O8, 0.11–0.24% REE, and 3.75–7.5% phosphate, with thick alum shale units.
