2022-2024 CSR achievements
Achieved 30.5% of management positions held by women and 94% of headcount covered by a diversity label.
Reduced Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions by up to 61% over three years, surpassing targets.
Engaged 327 suppliers on Scope 3 emissions, and enabled customers to avoid 14.8 million tons of CO2.
Integrated 44% recycled metals and 10% recycled plastics in products, with 99.3% elimination of single-use plastics in packaging.
Accident frequency rate dropped 26% since 2021; 85% of employees received at least 7 hours of training.
2025-2027 CSR roadmap and targets
Targeting 35% of management positions held by women and 100% of headcount in diversity-labeled organizations by 2027.
Aiming for a further 10% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 30% reduction in supplier CO2 emissions (Scope 3) by 2027.
50% of new/redesigned projects to meet eco-design criteria, 37% sustainable materials in products, and 80% reduction in plastic primary packaging.
Maintain customer satisfaction at 80% and Net Promoter Score at 50, with 20 million tons of CO2 avoided for customers over three years.
