Corporate presentation summary
20 Mar, 2026Strategic location and regional context
Operates in Zambia's Domes Region, a globally top-ranked copper exploration area with a stable mining jurisdiction and significant export earnings from mining.
Surrounded by major copper producers such as First Quantum, Barrick, Ivanhoe, Rio Tinto, and Anglo American.
The region features shallow, high-grade, billion-tonne copper deposits, with average grades around 0.5% Cu.
Flagship Dumbwa deposit and exploration progress
Dumbwa is a near-surface, basement-hosted sulphide copper deposit targeting over a billion tonnes, with a 20 km copper-in-soil anomaly peaking at 0.73% Cu.
Over 4 km of drilled strike length established, with systematic drilling at 100–200m line spacing and 10,000m drilled per month using five rigs.
Initial drill results include intercepts such as 22m @ 1.0% Cu, 15m @ 0.98% Cu, and 39.7m @ 0.51% Cu.
Geological approach led by Dr. Kevin Bonel, employing a proven three-phase exploration methodology previously used at Lumwana.
Kazhiba Main copper oxide deposit and near-term production
Kazhiba Main is a high-grade, near-surface copper oxide deposit with a maiden resource of 2.33 million tonnes at 1.41% Cu (Indicated, 0.10% Cu cut-off).
The deposit is acid-soluble, shallow (max depth ~30m), and well above typical economic thresholds for oxide heap leach operations.
Plan to monetize Kazhiba Main as a non-dilutive funding source for further exploration and development.
Cooperative exploration plan in place with First Quantum, leveraging their nearby SXEW oxide circuit.
