Financial performance and growth

• FY2025 consolidated net sales rose 29.7% YoY to 20,729 million yen; gross profit up 39.4% YoY to 9,989 million yen; EBITDA up 117.7% YoY to 1,749 million yen.

• Group GMV reached 430.5 billion yen (+19.0% YoY), driven by BASE, PAY.JP, and the consolidation of Estore shopserve.

• BASE business GMV grew 10.2% YoY, with net sales up 19.1% and gross profit up 24.7% YoY.

• PAY.JP GMV increased 10.5% YoY, net sales up 10.5%, and gross profit up 22.2% YoY.
